PURCHASES

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect shipping address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Once your order is confirmed, we are not obliged to make any changes or cancellations.

PRICE

All prices quoted on the Website are in US Dollars (USD). The international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary. Any promo codes can only be applied at the time of sale, not after.

PAYMENT

Our Fine Lashes accepts payment via credit/debit card, PayPal.After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.​

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Processing time is around 1-2 business days. Certain items are noted to have different processing times. Delays may occur when ordering around promotional sale events and holidays.

SHIPPING

Once items leave our facility, we will email you the tracking number. 

Note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delay or damaged packages by the carrier. Please choose the priority mail option at checkout for insurance. If your order is lost, missing, or damaged. You may file a claim with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. 

All claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier, but we will try our best to help if needed.

We  offer free standard domestic shipping for any purchase values from $49.98 and above in United States only. 

Free International shipping for any purchase of $200+. International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

Fine Beauty USA reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. event though after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on our site, incorrect payment information, lack shipping information, or suspected fraudulent information. 

RETURNS

We do not accept returning or exchange items since lashes are handmade. However, exchange are exceptional if the item(s) is not what a customer order. Note: handcrafted lashes sometimes do not look symmetrically.
